"Beautiful, new spacious home! We've rented many homes over 17 years in OCNJ, Sea Isle, and the Outerbanks, and this house is definitely in our top 3! Front porches with rocking chairs on each level, gorgeous seating area in backyard, so much storage (indoors and two spots inside for bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards), large kitchen area with plenty of seating, great appliances, and well stocked kitchen ware. We stayed for a week with 3 adults and 4 teenagers - there was so much room that we could have alone time (even when the kids were there, which was rare 😁). Conveniently located near the beach (3 blocks), tennis and basketball courts and playground (across the street) ACME food store, CVS, Wawa (all three within 1 1/2 blocks), Scoop Box (ice cream), bike rentals and several restaurants. The owners were very easy to deal with - great communication throughout. The welcome note and box of salt water taffy were definitely a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend!"

"This was one of the nicest homes that I have rented. We were traveling with a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their space and privacy. The house is brand new with thoughtful design and perfect touches.
The location can't be beat with Acme, Wawa and CVS all right around the corner and the beach 2 blocks away. The house is so well done that you can barely hear anything from inside. The house is very well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items and then some. If you have the chance, stay here you won't regret it."
